BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING POLICY

1. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
2. The price is per vehicle/group, not per person, unless stated otherwise.
3. Tour duration and route may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and site availability.
4. Entrance tickets to museums and sights are not included in the price unless stated otherwise.
5. An extra charge may apply for early-departure tours (before 07:00) — please check with your manager.
6. For group tours, the manager may require a list of participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. More than 48 hours before start — no cancellation fee.
2. 24 to 48 hours before start — 50% cancellation fee.
3. Less than 24 hours before start — 100% cancellation fee.

All rates are indicative and may vary depending on season, availability and route conditions. Please confirm the final price with your manager before confirming the booking.
