TRANSFER BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TRANSFER BOOKING POLICY

1. The company Legend Travel reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
2. The number of customers' luggage (average sized 65x45x25) should not exceed the number of seats of the vehicle. Otherwise, customers will have to book an extra vehicle to transport the extra luggage.
3. Night supplement for transfers between 23:00-06:30, extra 30% of the price.
4. Cars (excluding s-class) can fit 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 8 y.o.
5. S-class seating capacity: 3 pax maximum.
6. Minivan seating capacity: 7 pax maximum.
7. Minibus seating capacity: 19 pax maximum.
8. For implementation of transfer services passport details of at least one passenger are required.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Up to 48 hours - 0% cancellation fee.
2. Up to 24 hours - 50% cancellation fee.
3. Less than 24 hours - 100% cancellation fee.

All rates are indicative and subject to change depending on season, availability, and fuel surcharges. Please confirm the final price with your manager before booking confirmation.
